Refund & Returns Policy

At AD'NOVEL, each piece is handcrafted and many items are made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
1. No refunds or returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, incorrect preference, gifting decisions, delays outside our control, or natural variations in wood grain, tone, texture, and finish.
2. Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for compensation only if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review a damage claim, you must email info@adnovel.in within 24 hours and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product.
- A clear unedited video showing the condition of the package and item.
If the required evidence is not provided within the 24-hour window, we may not be able to process compensation.
3. Compensation decisions
If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit and the claim meets the requirements above, we may offer compensation at our discretion. Compensation may be in the form of store credit, partial compensation, a replacement, or another resolution we consider appropriate. A cash refund is not guaranteed.
4. Non-qualifying claims
The following do not qualify for compensation:
- Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery.
- Claims without both photo and video evidence.
- Minor differences caused by the handmade nature of the product.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, water exposure, impact, or normal wear.
