1. About AD'NOVEL

AD'NOVEL creates handcrafted wooden jewelry and accessories. Because many of our pieces are made by hand and made to order, natural variation in grain, tone, texture, and finish is part of the character of the product.

We make every effort to display products, colors, finishes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Because of photography, screen differences, and the handmade nature of our work, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on the site.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing, product details, or availability at any time without prior notice. An order is not accepted until it has been reviewed and confirmed by us.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or inaccurate account information. If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
