Every AD'NOVEL piece is handled with care. Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, so our dispatch process is different from mass-produced retail timelines.

1. Dispatch timeline

Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch from the date of order unless otherwise stated on the product page. This is our production and dispatch timeline, not a guaranteed delivery timeline.

Your order may be dispatched sooner, but during launches, holiday periods, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take the full 2 weeks.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery begins after your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery timing depends on the shipping address, courier network, customs processing for international orders, and other factors outside our control.

3. Domestic shipping

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout or on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. International shipping

Worldwide delivery may be available for selected destinations. International shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated by us.

6. Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details submitted by the customer.
